Change of Plans

Well, its true what they say: when you drive a car, you tend to notice a lot of other people with the same car.

I've been noticing that a lot more now that I've been having to do some jobs for this local garage. They seem to be the only one in the city. The guy seems to be alright. And not nearly as wacky as the club owner. Man, it's so good to be out of that hole. They only good thing I got from that guy was a couple of dates and a car. Peice of scrap...

The garage is only open from 5am to 9pm. A huge change in hours. So I've got a lot of sleep to rearrange and some time to kill until I do. I guess I'll just start driving around and making the best of the time off.

Working Hard, Hardly Living

...and that's all about to change.

Working two jobs for a solid month has really worn me out. I've got a nice amount of money to show for it now, but there hasn't been time for much else.

I'll call her "M" for now. She's a bit on the sassy side. Gotta walk like she talks. It's not the best thing to do to be working one of the club's girls, but a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do, ya know. I don't exactly feel like a hustler, but that's what I've been told. Ha.

I've been working for the club for almost two months now. It keeps me a lot busier now that my boss found out about the other job. I've been driving the city so much now with the taxi and for the club, I'm sure there are other avenues I could travel down that would make me a little more money, and sure enough a little more respect.

You don't get respect by working for some clueless moron. I don't care if I have to leave the club, but I do have to get more respect. And a little better accuracy with a gun.
